This policy explains how Analyti-k SpA processes the personal data it receives through www.analyti-k.ai, in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and the amendments introduced by Law No. 21,719.

2. Data we collect

When you fill out the contact form we receive: name, company, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), and the description of your challenge or inquiry.

To prevent abusive submissions, your IP address is processed temporarily when you submit the form and is not stored in our databases. Our hosting provider may generate technical access logs (for example, IP and browser) for security and operational purposes.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp (Meta) policies.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your request and schedule a meeting.
  • To prepare a proposal suited to your needs.
  • To follow up commercially on that request.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not use form data to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and to take pre-contractual steps at your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@analyti-k.com.

5. Who we share your data with

To operate the site and respond to your request we use providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting (United States).
  • Resend — delivery of emails generated by the form (United States).
  • Our corporate email provider.

Some Analyti-k collaborators who handle requests may access the data from Argentina. Everyone with access is bound by confidentiality obligations and uses the data only for the purposes described in this policy.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep form data for up to 12 months from receipt. If we start a business relationship, the data required for it will be kept as set out in the respective contract and applicable law.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and blocking by writing to contacto@analyti-k.com with the subject "Data protection". We will respond within the legal deadlines.

If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).

8. Security

The site runs exclusively over HTTPS, form data is validated and sanitized before processing, and access to it is restricted to the staff who need it to respond to your request.

9. Minors

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any changes will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
